On September 24, 2019, the Almaty University held a discussion on the Message from the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, “Constructive public dialogue – the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan”.
The discussion was attended by the teaching staff of the university, students, vice-rectors, heads of structural divisions.
Rector of the University, Doctor of Chemistry, Professor Yermaganbetov Mubarak dwelled on the main problems of the Message. He noted that in the endeavors of Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, much attention was paid to the problems of education and science, the draft Law “On the teacher status.” The rector of the university called on those present: “We must do our best to fulfill the strategic directions of the Message.”
The speech of the Vice rector of educational and methodical work, PhD, Professor Nurlikhina Gulmira Bolatovna of “Developed economy and a new stage of social modernization of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, PhD, Professor of the chair “Pedagogy and psychology” Sholpan Borantaykyzi “The basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan – a public dialogue”, candidate of Historic sciences, docent, head of the department «Natural Sciences and Humanities» Slambekuly Zarikbek “Efficient state consistent with the requirements of time”, M. I. B., head of the department “Law” Zhilkibek Nakyp “The rights and duties of citizens”, candidate of Economics, docent of the chair “Economy and business” Akimgazyuli Zhamesh “Main problems of the social renewal of the country”, candidate of Economics, docent Anarbekkyzi Zaure “Developed and inclusive economy” were listened with interest.
The speakers were asked questions, actively discussed the directions of the message, exchanged opinions.
The Chairman of the KDM Gulimkhan Ismailova drew attention to the issues on supporting programs and activities of students.
Vice-rector on educational work Aldekenov Sagat Kutpanuli paid attention to the timeliness of the Message of the President, the relevance of the issues raised.
In conclusion, the members of the Committee, sang the song Atameken” by E. Khasangaliev.
